Fitri start her career as a researcher in Ministry of Environment and Forestry of Indonesia in 2000. Her expertise is forest policy and economic therefore she has involved in some policy researches. As researcher her tasks are to carry out research and disseminate the result in the form of publication such as scientific journal and policy brief for decision makers in the Ministry. She has published her work in national and international journal and publication. She pursued her Doctoral degree from Bogor Agricultural University in Indonesia. From January 2017 to December 2017 she involved in the collaboration research project of Governing Oil Palm Landscapes for Sustainability, focusing on Governance Arrangements for Sustainable Palm Oil: Addressing fiscal incentive issues. This project was funded by USAID. Involving in the research regarding sustainable palm oil management become her concern since it is very crucial to support the forest resource sustainability. In recent years the unsustainable palm oil management threat the sustainability forest resource since there are some plantation land that come from forest area. In this conference she is going to share part of her research regarding the incentive policy to support the sustainable palm oil management.
